Charlotte Rowe’s garden design team
Originally an art historian, Charlotte Rowe worked for some years in the creative and media industries in London and Sydney before gaining a post-graduate diploma in Residential Landscape and Garden Architecture at the Oxford College of Garden Design (Oxford Brookes University). Charlotte has achieved full accreditation and is a registered member of the Society of Garden Designers which is the only body representing professional garden designers in the UK.
Her background in professional consultancy and client service gives her a special understanding of the importance of working closely with clients on the development of the design brief. This, combined with her years in the business world, has helped her develop a professional approach to the garden design consultancy business.
The other member of the design team is Tomoko Kawauchi who trained as an architect in Japan before moving to the UK in 2005 to study horticulture at Writtle College in Essex. She has worked as a project designer with Charlotte Rowe Garden Design since 2006.
